Yes, it will be an immersive, fully virtual, flexible platform with tasks and learning capsules. It will have monthly reminders for your managers to have 1:1 discussion with you.

After you go through the assessments, the data will be analyzed to identify top focus areas for the entire group. Accordingly, the behaviors will be either be allocated to the group or left for the individual to pick.

Yes, Eubrics will send you the following types of emails:

  • Reminders on the upcoming tasks and the deadlines
  • Status updates on completion status
  • Announcements on ‘what’s new’, Hall of Fame, and other key program details

The learning capsules are provided on Eubrics for the behavior that you are working on. Further, interesting information links on the platform will be hosted on Microsite (these are optional and for the curious ones!)

You will get an automated email from Eubrics with an access link, your unique id and password details

Your people managers will play a critical role in this programme wherein they will:

  • Have an access to a live dashboard to view the progress of each of their team members
  • Get monthly reminders to share their feedback and support with you. Feel free to set up sometime to discuss it with them every month

No, this programme is focused on only behavioral skills

You will have 3 ways to check this:

  • Eubrics will map every habit to a job activity where you will apply the habit. As soon as you apply, you will be asked to give an impact rating that will give you a combined impact score over time
  • Seek inputs from your managers on the observed habits and behaviors
  • Check Eubrics progress meter for your scores

Yes, Eubrics will give the detailed scores and comments on the following parameters:

  • Status completion
  • Points, milestones and certificates achieved
  • Streaks or consistency of habit application
  • Impact Scores
  • Learning Agility Scores
  • Manager Feedback Ratings

Yes, you will get an instantaneous report with detailed analysis for each of the assessments. Also, you will get a consolidated analysis wrt your role requirements. You may access the same in ‘Reports Lounge’ section of Eubrics application left sidebar.

These will be 2 month cycles for assessments and journey planning Month 2 onwards, you will build habits (each behavior with 2 months of habit formation and reflection time)
